Julie Yontz Rupp is a graduate of York Academy of Arts, York PA. and participates in many juried, solo and group exhibitions. She has won numerous awards locally and beyond the central Pennsylvania area including first place in the International Society of Experimental Artists juried exhibit held in Gloucester, MA. Also receiving the 2008 Rottler Award for Excellence in the Visual Arts from the York Art Association where she was an instructor of Experimental/mixed media and Abstract classes.

She considers her work to be Mixed media and Representational, painting with vibrant colors exploring shapes, values and textures utilizing watercolors, fluid acrylics and inks. Her artwork has been used in all First Watch Restaurants nationwide along with the originals being purchased and displayed in their corporate office in Bradenton, Florida.

Most recently her paintings were published in the Cream City Review journal in association with the University of Wisconsin.

Julie is a signature member of the International Society of Experimental Artists and the Baltimore Watercolor Society. Her original paintings can be found in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and Europe. She is currently being represented by Studio Gallery 234 and Garth Gallery.
